Personnel Plus is currently recruiting on behalf of one of our valued clients for a Maintenance Technician / Grounds Cleaner
. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in maintaining clean and safe properties, and are looking for a great opportunity, we'd love to hear from you!
- Perform general maintenance and minor repairs
- Maintain clean, attractive, and safe grounds
- Landscaping, mowing, trimming, and seasonal upkeep
- Assist with property cleanliness and exterior maintenance
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and safely
- General maintenance or landscaping experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Must pass a federal background check
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Starting at $24.00/hour (Depending on Experience)
