** Pay Rates:*
* + 1st Shift (6/7:00 AM - 3:30 PM): $18.50/hour
+ 2nd Shift (3:30 PM - 12:30 AM): $19.75/hour (Overtime Mandatory)
** About the Role*
* We are hiring experienced
** Clamp Forklift Operators
** to join our team. In this role, you will safely move, stack, and organize large items-primarily appliances-using clamp equipment. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and a strong focus on safety.
** Key Responsibilities*
* + Operate
** clamp forklifts
** to move and store materials
+ Handle appliances and other large/bulky items with care
+ Stack and organize inventory accurately
+ Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
** MUST Have*
* +
** Previous clamp forklift experience (required)*
* + Experience handling
** appliances or similar large materials*
* + Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment
+ Reliable transportation to Fairburn, GA
+ Steel-toe shoes (required for interview and work)
** What We're Looking For*
* + Strong attention to safety and detail
+ Ability to follow instructions and procedures
+ Dependable and ready to work in a fast-paced environment
+ Must have a valid, active driver's license (not suspended or revoked)
** Interview & Skills Assessment*
* ** During the interview, you will be asked to demonstrate:*
* + Proper use of clamp equipment and controls
+ Safe driving practices and equipment handling
+ Ability to clamp and move materials correctly
+ Awareness of warehouse safety protocols
Candidates who successfully demonstrate key skills will be selected for training. Experience stacking multiple units is a plus.
