Home2 Suites a part of Ascent Hospitality, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our Engineering Team.
This position reports directly to the Chief Engineer and plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Engineering Department while helping maintain a safe, efficient, and exceptional guest environment.

What You Will Do- Support the Chief Engineer in overseeing the daily operations of the Engineering Department.
- Supervise and assist maintenance team members with daily assignments and projects.
- Perform and oversee preventive maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel.
- Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests, emergencies, and guest needs.
- Assist with scheduling, work orders, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and exceptional service.
- Help ensure compliance with safety standards, brand requirements, and company policies.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning property that exceeds guest expectations.
