Fast-growing real estate team looking for a courier/runner to install lock boxes, directional signs, etc., and help advertise our open houses. As a runner, you should enjoy working outside, manual labor, and take pride in seeing your work displayed all over town.
You must have flexibility in your schedule, your own transportation, be customer-focused, and reside within 10 miles of Fairfax, VA.Responsibilities- Install and remove lock boxes, and signs (directionals, open house, etc.) from properties
- Keep an accurate inventory of signs & lock boxes
- Running errands and completing miscellaneous tasks as needed
- Valid driver’s license
- Reside within 10 miles of Laurel, MD
- Up to approximately 20 hours per week
- Must be able to work physically in all weather conditions
- Organized with a high degree of integrity
- Problem solver, intuitive, and a team player
$1.30 per mile
