Job Summary

Title: JANITOR LEAD

Location: New Kent County Schools – 7365 Egypt Road, New Kent, VA 23124. (Openings at other locations within school district available)

Schedule: Full‑time schedule;
Monday through Friday, 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm. More details upon interview. (Full and part‑time options available)

Requirement: Prior experience as a floor technician is required.

Pay Range: $15.00 per hour to $16.00 per hour.

• Conduct classroom and hands‑on training on customer service, safety, compliance and company policies.
• Conduct one‑on‑one training as needed.
• Update and provide training on use of janitorial equipment, PPE, and chemical usage/safety.
• Copy training material and revise it as needed; conduct administrative tasks as requested.
• Provide feedback on new associates during orientation; review trainee records to ensure compliance.
• Recommend disciplinary actions to the training coordinator as appropriate.
• Perform monthly safety performance reviews to ensure compliance with OSHA, Risk Management, and other applicable company/federal/state/local requirements and policies.
• Perform walk‑through building inspections as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
