Continuously inspect building and grounds for repair opportunities and ensure a safe and clean environment;
Perform simple repairs, replacements, and maintenance on basic parts including doors, shelving, fixtures, tiles, carts, hinges, filters, and basic plumbing;
Paint/interior-exterior touch-ups and assist with small in-house projects as needed;
Collaborate with store maintenance team and leadership; execute a preventative maintenance program for equipment and facilities;
Troubleshoot emergency issues and coordinate resources and resolutions
