Pay: $17.50 - $19.70 per hour

Under the direction of the Facilities Director and working alongside the Maintenance Technician, the Irrigation Assistant helps ensure PVE’s irrigation system runs at maximum efficiency.

• Ensure assigned work areas are maintained clean, safe, comfortable, and attractive.
• Follow established safety precautions when performing tasks, using equipment, and handling supplies.
• Adhere to Universal Precautions during housekeeping procedures.
• Remove dirt, dust, grease, film, and other residues from surfaces using appropriate cleaning solutions.
• Disposal of waste and trash into proper containers, and relining trash receptacles with plastic liners.
• Report all hazardous conditions or equipment issues to the Facilities Director.
• Report any unusual activity by residents or others that could affect safety or security to the Facilities Director.

• Basic knowledge of safe operation and proper use of hand tools and power tools for repairs.

• 8‑hour shift, Monday to Friday.
