Overview

) is a premier resort‑style senior living community located in Fairfield, CA. We are seeking a reliable, experienced Maintenance Supervisor who is passionate about maintaining properties and working within a senior environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Maintenance Supervisor works under the direction of the Facilities & Maintenance Director and is responsible for the overall maintenance and operation of the facility and associated systems. The role includes:

  • Lead daily maintenance operations across all facets of Paradise Valley Estates.
  • Supervise the maintenance team, manage systems, and ensure the community remains safe, comfortable, and compliant with all policies and procedures.
  • Maintain resident‑focused mindset, safeguarding residents’ property, privacy, and confidentiality.
  • Ensure neighborhoods remain orderly and pleasant.
Requirements & Desired Experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent required;
    Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Seven years of experience in maintenance services or related areas.
  • Three years of supervisory experience.
  • Valid Driver’s License; trade licensure or certificate preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and life‑safety equipment).
  • Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices, repair techniques, and safety regulations relevant to residential and commercial facilities, especially in a senior environment.
  • Familiarity with local building codes, OSHA standards, and fire safety requirements.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly and 60 lbs occasionally.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to follow detailed written or verbal instructions.
  • Capable of independent judgment and operation.
  • Flexibility, personal integrity, and ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies.
