Apartment Maintenance Tech
We're hiring! Seeking a reliable Make Ready Technician to turn vacant units into move‑in ready homes with speed and precision.
The Liberty Group is immediately hiring for experienced Apartment Community Maintenance Technicians.
Job Responsibilities:- Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
- Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn‑over repairs and improvements.
- Maintain cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
- Manage records of activity in maintenance log.
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
- At least 6 months of onsite experience
- Valid I.D. required
- Have reliable transportation
- Own tools necessary to perform maintenance duties
- A/C certification is a plus and pays more
Pay ranges from $24 to $27 per hour, depending on experience.
