Under the direction of the Conservationist Supervisor, your role will be to:

• Lead & Mentor:
  Supervise, train, and evaluate a crew of young adults (Corps members) between the ages of 18 and 25.
• Inspire Growth:
  Instruct, motivate, and develop safe work habits, helping Corps members build valuable skills for their future.
• Direct Field Operations:
  
  Oversee crews during conservation-related projects across both remote wilderness areas and urban settings.
• Respond to Emergencies:
  Act as a critical line of defense by responding to state emergencies, including wildfires, floods, and other natural disasters.
