Job Description
Clean and maintain indoor and outdoor areas of the building
Maintenance assistant skills. Maintaining and cleaning facilities, equipment, and environment. Ensuring resident and office equipment is in good condition, maintaining an up to date inventorh of equipment.
- Overseeing construction and repairs of the facility
- Troubleshooting issues with lightening, HVAC systems, and plumbing
- Complying with health and safety regulations and removing waste from facilities
- Handling emergency requests for cleaning and maintenance services
- General repairs and housekeeping
- Communicate with direct supervisor
- Assist the Maintenance Director with task assigned
- Problem solving
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and people skills
- Ability to interpret maintenance instructions, manuals, safety rules, and other documents
