Retro Fitness of Fairfield is seeking a Floor Tech to keep the gym floor and equipment clean and presentable. You are the face members see when working out, so a friendly demeanor and sharp eye for detail are essential.
This role reports to the Front End Manager and supports the Retro Fitness mission by maintaining floors, testing equipment, stocking supplies and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment during morning, evening, and weekend shifts.
