Hilco Vision is searching for a Facilities Porter/Janitor to join the team in our Fairfield, Ohio manufacturing and distribution facility. The Porter/Janitor will work from 3:00pm - 9:30pm in all areas of the facility including office space, manufacturing and distribution areas, restrooms, and break rooms/cafeteria areas.

Qualifications:

• Experience with maintaining a clean and presentable workplace.
• Punctual, honest and reliable.
• Meticulous and detail oriented.
• Team player while working well independently.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily cleaning of all Hilco office, warehouse and manufacturing space including, but not limited to vacuuming, sweeping, wet and dry mopping, and machine scrubbing of floors depending on surface type
• Cleaning of tables, desks, countertops and windows in office space
• Cleaning of walls and doors, as well as glass
• Cleaning and sanitizing of restrooms including countertops, sinks, toilets; re-stocking of restroom supplies as needed
• Collection and appropriate disposal of trash and recycling bin contents
• Sweep or vacuum and damp mop hard surface floors and vacuum carpeted floors.
• Dust work surfaces, furniture, and other horizontal and vertical surfaces.
• Clean cafeterias including coffee stations, tables, sinks, and refrigerators
• Clean and disinfect restrooms including toilets, urinals, partitions, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors and walls.
• Replenish restroom dispensers with paper products and soap.
• Clean entrance glass and other interior glass.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as vacuum cleaners and carpet cleaners.
• Remove trash from containers and replace torn or soiled liners.
• Report building and equipment maintenance issues to facilities maintenance manager
