Porter

Responsible for cleaning customer vehicles prior to delivery and maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of shop and office facilities.

• Ensure consistent execution of the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the office interior, including emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, and dusting countertops and work areas.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the production area, including emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and placing tools and equipment in their proper locations.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary.
• Pre‑wash customer vehicles prior to repairs.
• Clean exterior and interior of customer vehicles after repair completion.
• Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repair.

• High School diploma or GED (preferred).
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Clear close vision required.
• Age 18 or older.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Willingness to learn.

• Pulling, pushing, carrying, walking 5+ hours.
• Standing and sitting 5+ hours.
• Stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl 1+ hour.
• Operate a motor vehicle.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work near moving mechanical parts.

Hourly $15 to $20, depending on experience, education, and skills.
