Ram Clean Janitorial Technician
Ram Clean is seeking dependable, motivated individuals to provide professional commercial cleaning services. If you're someone who enjoys staying active, works well independently, and takes pride in maintaining clean, safe environments, we'd love to meet you.

As a Janitorial Technician, you'll help keep commercial facilities clean, sanitized, and presentable by performing tasks such as:
- Sanitizing offices, common areas, restrooms, and entrances
- Dusting furniture, workstations, and other surfaces
- Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
- Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms
- Removing trash and replacing liners
- Refilling restroom and cleaning supplies as needed
- Reporting maintenance concerns or supply shortages
- Following company procedures to ensure quality service
We're searching for team members who are:
- Dependable and punctual
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to lift, bend, stand, and perform routine cleaning tasks
- Equipped with reliable transportation
- Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is helpful but not required. We provide training for the right candidates.
Starting wage: $15.00 per hour Higher pay available for experience with:
- Floor stripping and waxing
- Carpet extraction and cleaning
- Additional compensation may be available for bilingual English/Spanish candidates
- Opportunities for overtime, additional shifts, and career advancement
- Promotion opportunities to Lead Cleaner and Supervisor positions
