Perform preventive maintenance on stamping presses, welding cells, automation equipment, and facility systems as directed by Maintenance Manager;
Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical control systems including PLC logic (Keyence, Omron, Mitsubishi), relay logic, ladder logic, sensors, and safety circuits;
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems such as gearboxes, belts, bearings, drive components, and mechanical linkages;
Maintain pneumatic and hydraulic systems used in stamping presses, weld cells, and automation;
Communicate equipment status, repair needs, and improvement recommendations to the Maintenance Manager and production leadership
