Fairfield Pointe Apartments is seeking candidates to fill a full-time Ground/ General Laborer position. This large community has 660 units and is conveniently located with easy access to I-275, in the heart of Fairfield, OH.
This is the perfect position to start a career in property maintenance. The opportunity to learn and grow your skillset with advancement to Maintenance Trainee is highly possible!
Everyday tasks will include grounds maintenance. Such tasks include using a gas blower, power washer and small power tools. In addition, heavy trash removal in turn apartments and hallways. Daily trash pickup in laundry rooms and common areas.
Pay rate: $18-20 per hour

Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED, Technical or Trade School
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Physical requirements:
Able to lift 75 lbs. Able to climb ladders and steps. Applicants must be able to operate power equipment such as saws, drills. Must be able to operate door locks.
Compensation details: 18-20 Hourly Wage
