Teasdale Fenton Cleaning & Property Restoration is a family-owned company proudly serving the Tri-State and Dayton areas. We specialize in cleaning, mitigation, and disaster reconstruction services for both residential and commercial clients. Whether we’re responding to an emergency or helping homeowners prepare for the holidays, our technicians show up knowing they’re making a difference—bringing comfort, cleanliness, and peace of mind to our customers.

As we enter our busiest season, we’re looking for motivated individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy serving others, and want to earn a great income while doing it!

While previous experience in carpet and/or hard surface cleaning is a plus, we are happy to train the right candidate!

• Have reliable transportation to get to work
• Pass a criminal background check, driving record check, and drug screening
• Possess basic customer service and sales skills
• Be able to lift up to 40 lbs. and occasionally move up to 75 lbs.
• Be comfortable working in both residential and commercial environments
• Be available for a varied schedule, including some evenings and Saturdays
• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, coworkers, and supervisors
• Perform basic equipment and vehicle maintenance
• Complete all carpet cleaning services offered by the company (following training)
• Work effectively in a performance-based pay structure, with bi-weekly pay

What We Offer:

Our performance-based pay structure allows technicians to earn an average of $45,000–$50,000 in their first year
—with seasoned technicians making $60,000–$75,000 annually!
