My Team here at Adecco Permanent Recruitment specializes in direct placement recruiting and partners with companies throughout the country to help them recruit and hire skilled professionals for their Teams.

One of our best customers has asked for my help to hire a skilled Refrigeration Technician for their operations in Fairmont, MN.

** Responsibilities include but are not limited to:*
* + Performing a wide range of ammonia refrigeration system maintenance tasks.

+ Conducting technical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of ammonia refrigeration equipment including vessels, evaporators, condensers, pumps, motors, compressors, valves, and other refrigeration equipment.

+ Assisting in the maintenance and preventive maintenance of all production machinery.

+ Addressing building maintenance needs as requested.

+ Ensuring the food safety, sanitation, quality, and security of the products produced.

** This position offers:*
* + A base pay rate in the $30-35/hr range (depends upon experience, credentials and years of relevant experience)
