- Fairmont is looking for a reliable General Worker to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workplace. The General Worker will be responsible for the cleaning and sanitation of workshops, office areas, and restrooms to ensure a hygienic and efficient working environment. This position works dayshift on Mondays – Friday from 7AM – 4PM.

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of workshops, office spaces, and restrooms.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in assigned areas.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and common touchpoints.
• Refill restroom supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Maintain cleanliness in break rooms and common areas.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department.
• Follow safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a hazard‑free work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial, or sanitation work is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Willingness to follow safety and hygiene procedures.
• Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse/manufacturing setting with noise and temperature variations.
• Manual dexterity and ability to operate hand tools for maintenance tasks.
