Location:
Loznica, Serbia
- Supervise the daily activities of the equipment maintenance team.
- Ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Assist the Equipment Maintenance Manager in developing maintenance plans and technical documentation.
- Monitor equipment performance and minimize downtime through effective troubleshooting.
- Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians.
- Ensure safe operation of production equipment and compliance with company safety standards.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Quality departments to support manufacturing operations.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team management experience.
- Fluent English and Serbian.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Good communication, leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
