As a maintenance leader you are responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily maintenance activities of a team, ensuring all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and repaired in a timely and safe manner by assigning tasks, supervising a team, and adhering to established maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
Requirements- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Proof of certification preferred.
- Ability to diagnose equipment issues and develop effective repair solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively interact with staff, management, and external vendors.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and meet deadlines.
- Must obtain specific Chick‑fil‑A maintenance certifications.
