• Approximately 15 hours per week
• Flexible days and hours coordinated with the property

• Perform light maintenance and minor repairs in apartment homes and common areas
• Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
• Assist with general property upkeep and cleanliness
• Help maintain a safe and well-maintained community

• Basic maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Must have own basic tools
• Reliable transportation required
• Prior apartment or property maintenance experience preferred
