Cresco Labs is seeking a Lead Facility Maintenance Technician. The candidate will ensure the facility is maintained in satisfactory condition for all production and manufacturing operations, overseeing a team of facility maintenance technicians and directing proper repair procedures.

• Assist with building inspections, operations, leasing, and projects as needed.
• Ensure timely completion of work lists.
• Maintain building systems including electrical, HVAC, room finishes, environmental controls, life safety, and building security.
• Repair mechanical equipment as directed.
• Document maintenance performed via the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Control secure key access to critical operational areas.
• Ensure safe conditions during all‑weather events.
• Oversee and escort contractors on site.
• Maintain mechanical, electrical, and plumbing contractor relationships.
• Maintain an inventory list for janitorial, mechanical, and electrical supplies.
• Complete errands as required, including picking up supplies from vendors.
• Assist in roof maintenance repair work as needed.
• Perform painting and drywall patching as needed.
• Provide miscellaneous troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Use PPE properly.
• Perform other duties as necessary.

• Manage maintenance staff, schedules, processes, and inventory.
• Serve as a role model and mentor for maintenance staff regarding processes, policies, and industry changes.
• Respond to all maintenance questions, concerns, or suggestions and resolve conflicts when necessary.
• Delegate tasks to technicians to maintain a compliant and clean cultivation facility.
• Coordinate with department managers and supervisors to ensure timely completion of requests.

• Experience in training, leading, or mentoring staff is preferred.
• 2–4 years of industrial building maintenance preferred.
• Ability to read machine prints and perform machine repair.
• Work well under pressure.
• Hands‑on experience installing piping systems (air, water, steam), industrial electrical installations, and control circuits.
• Relevant technical knowledge.
• HVAC, electrical, and plumbing experience preferred.
• Experience in a production environment using mechanical troubleshooting skills; utility installations (electrical, steam, air, process piping) is a plus.
• Work around plant material that may include exposure to pollen or dust.
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or perform repetitive actions with hands for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.
