Perform maintenance and repair on building and equipment as scheduled or as needed during processing hours;
Routinely inspect equipment to identify and report potential equipment failures and safety issues;
Perform preventive maintenance tasks and repairs to maintain operational ability of process equipment;
Maintain records and documents, including Work Orders and Preventive Maintenance Worksheets in the CMMS;
Operate and maintain equipment safely and utilize maintenance tools and manuals
