Maintenance Technician

Our client, an industrial manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Monday to Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm & Friday 7:30am-11:30am

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform preventive maintenance on machinery including motors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyor systems

+ Diagnose and repair breakdowns on molding machines, extruders, chillers, and other industrial equipment

+ Collaborate with outside vendors and contractors for service support and project completion

+ Interpret technical documents and equipment specifications to ensure proper maintenance procedures

+ Maintain safety standards and guidelines during all maintenance activities

** What's Needed?*
* + Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance

+ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

+ Experience working with automated equipment and PLCs is a plus

+ Willingness to acquire NFPA 70E Certification if not already certified

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support overtime as needed
