Field Service Engineer (Mass Spectrometry

Our client is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer with expertise in Waters Mass Spectrometry to provide maintenance, repair, and calibration services for pharmaceutical, biotech, and research laboratories throughout New England
.

What You'll Do:

• Service, troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate Waters Mass Spectrometry instruments.
• Perform preventative maintenance and refurbishments to maximize instrument performance.
• Partner directly with customers to diagnose issues, provide technical support, and deliver exceptional service.
• Complete service documentation, IQ/OQ reports, and ensure compliance with GxP and safety requirements.
• Travel throughout the New England region to support a diverse customer base.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience servicing Waters Mass Spectrometry instruments.
• Strong knowledge of HPLC, LCMS, electronics, mechanical systems, and vacuum systems
  .
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout the New England territory.
