Inframark is looking for a highly organized and proactive Asset Data Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing both preventative and corrective maintenance schedules, ensuring that our facility operates efficiently and with minimal downtime. You will work closely with managers, supervisors, and other team members to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure that all tasks are properly documented and executed.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize Utility Cloud, and equivalent CMMS software to manage and log executed preventative and corrective maintenance.
  • Oversee and manage the scheduling of required preventative maintenance, including determining the frequency, materials, and tools needed as directed by managers.
  • Organize and coordinate scheduled preventative maintenance procedures, working with managers and supervisors to plan for any necessary shutdowns, bypasses, and regulatory authority notifications.
  • Implement Inframark's established preventative maintenance schedule for equipment and ensure all maintenance activities are captured and documented in CMMS.
  • Meet with managers and supervisors to review schedules as needed.
  • Provide weekly lists of preventive maintenance reports to Inframark management.
  • Work with managers and supervisors and other technical staff to ensure all necessary data is acquired and integrated into the maintenance schedule with minimal disruption.
  • Incorporate new materials and equipment into the preventative and corrective maintenance schedules as needed.
  • Field acquisition of asset data using GPS and other provided equipment.
Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Utility Cloud or equivalent CMMS programs.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, ESRI GIS, Google Sheets.
  • Experience with scheduling, including the ability to track maintenance requirements and performance.
  • Physical ability to perform field data collection.
  • High School diploma.
