SUMMARY
Fires boilers and controls generation of a continuous supply of steam for heating the hospital buildings, supplying power to machinery and auxiliary equipment, laundry and sterilizing operations Observes operating equipment, meters and gages to insure that operation is in accordance with specified instructions Manipulates valves to adjust and correct malfunctions

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 1-2 years experience as a 2nd Class Fireman Special learned knowledge equal to journeyman ability in trade and crafts
High School diploma or equivalent MA 2nd Class Fireman's License required
Pay Range$28.16-$41.31
