Field Technician – Vending, Smart Machines & Stocking

About the Role:

VendX is expanding worldwide and needs reliable, tech-savvy technicians to install, service, stock, and manage our vending, arcade, and automated retail machines. This role combines technical work with on-the-ground operations to keep VendX machines running smoothly and fully supplied.

• Install, repair, and maintain VendX vending, arcade, and automated retail machines
• Diagnose issues, replace parts, and update firmware/software
• Stock machines with products based on the inventory plan
• Collect and secure cash/coins from machines that are not fully cashless
• Track inventory, cash, and service logs in the VendX Operations Dashboard
• Ensure machines meet VendX’s quality and uptime standards
• Provide on-site support to partner businesses and clients

• Experience with electronics, vending machines, or mechanical repair (preferred)
• Ability to lift and restock product cases
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Basic understanding of mobile/desktop apps for logging work
• Bonus:
  Experience with smart vending systems or IoT
• Ability to travel for new territory launches
