Maintenance Technician

• Prioritizing, assigning, and completing service requests efficiently
• Ensuring the community and common areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained
• Troubleshooting and repairing residential maintenance issues (HVAC, appliances, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
• Preparing apartment homes and townhomes to be move-in ready according to company standards
• Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance
  
  Maintaining tools, materials, and supply inventory
• Coordinating and overseeing work completed by third-party vendors
• Communicating unresolved issues or concerns promptly with the management team
• Assisting with other duties as needed to support the community

• 18 years of age or older
• Minimum of 1 year of property management experience (required)
• 1+ year of general maintenance experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Occasional weekend availability and holidays
• Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently
