Job Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for the maintenance of the apartments, common building systems and grounds.

Maintains outside of buildings including repairs, painting, snow and ice removal, rescreening windows, doors, etc.

The Maintenance person communicates regularly and effectively with residents, staff, and all levels of management.

This position is periodically required to be on-call and to respond to emergency maintenance requests at the property.

In addition to the essential job specific duties listed above, the Maintenance Technician shall be required to perform all duties (essential and non-essential) in a manner consistent with the mission and values (compassion, excellence, inclusion, integrity, collaboration) of CHI Living Communities and will be evaluated on such basis. Furthermore, every employee must abide by all campus, departmental, and safety policies, rules, and regulations.
