Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring for a full‑time, permanent Project Supervisor. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and wants to impact workplace safety.

Starting Pay
: $27.00 per hour

• Part to full time
• Travel required

• Leads crew and performs janitorial project work at multiple locations within a defined geographic area.
• Supports staffing coordination for projects, including communicating schedules.
• Performs floor surface and carpet cleaning, carpet extractions, window washing, minor wall repair, and collects trash.
• Serves, cleans, and supplies restrooms, cleans and polishes furniture and fixtures, cleans windows, glass partitions, and mirrors with appropriate cleaners.
• Dusts furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
• Moves furniture, equipment, and supplies manually or using hand trucks, ensuring safety.
• Follows all procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment.
• Monitors building security and safety by locking doors after hours and checking electrical appliance use to prevent hazards.

• Excellent understanding of janitorial and building maintenance procedures and related safety requirements.
• Tool and machine maintenance skills, including basic break/fix procedures.
• Ability to meet general customer expectations.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, time‑management, and the ability to prioritize and set clear expectations.
• Ability to resolve requests and concerns in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to manage work and lead a team in a complex, task‑oriented janitorial operations environment.
• Ability to provide facilities escalation resolution in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ability to track supplies and task/performance data, document and submit reports and supply orders, and answer calls and track escalations with a focus on customer service.
• Relationship management skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Proficiency in English; bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
• Uses the KBSPresence mobile timekeeping software for accurate recording of work hours, attendance management, completion of required training, and distribution of employment‑related information. All non‑exempt employees must download and use the KBSPresence app on their personal devices; cell‑phone reimbursement is provided in accordance with local law.
