Overview

Join our Premier Property Management Team. Creating a better living. The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance of the exterior physical features of the site, under the direction of the Assistant Property Manager. They maintain the grounds, amenities, and curb appeal for residents and potential residents.

The Groundskeeper delivers exceptional customer service and quality, helping residents feel y take pride in serving others and providing a caring and professional experience for residents, client‑owners, and team members.

Starting pay: $16.00 per hour (or more based on experience).

  • Approximate work hours: 20–30 hours per week.
  • Live and work with Goldmark and receive up to a 20% rent discount.
Job Duties
  • Maintain cleaning supplies and request re‑orders as needed.
  • Remove debris from lawns, sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots; maintain playgrounds where applicable.
  • Maintain the area around dumpsters and alert the manager about large items needing special pickup.
  • Pull and/or spray weeds around garages/building and in flowerbeds.
  • Sweep outside steps or stoops.
  • Provide courteous communication and customer service to residents.
Education & Experience
  • Prior groundskeeping experience preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, manage time, and pay attention to detail.
  • Must provide a smartphone with acceptable connectivity and the ability to run work-related applications (subject to partial expense reimbursement).
  • Proficiency in English: effective verbal and written communication in English.
  • Travel to various sites or locations as required.
