Custodian - 2nd Shift (Full-time w/ benefits)

Hours:

3:00pm – 11:30pm
Compensation: $20.05 p/hr
Available: 2025/2026 School Year

• Perform a variety of cleaning tasks to maintain a hygienic and safe environment.
• Collect and discard trash; maintain floors by sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and spot cleaning.
• Thoroughly clean and disinfect lavatory areas; clean glass surfaces and mirrors.
• Participate in group cleaning projects; maintain furniture and fixtures.
• Assist with furniture arrangement; respond to inclement weather by removing snow and applying salt.
• Perform security checks; provide assistance for outdoor sporting events as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.

• Ability to properly use commercial cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaners, stripping machines, floor scrubbers).
• Ability to perform snow removal (shoveling and snow blower) as needed.
• Ability to follow standard procedures for diluting cleaning chemicals and applying floor finishes.

• Employment is provisional for 90 days as required by ACT 168 of 2014.
