Hotel Equities - - Responsibilities:
Maintain the appearance and working order of the hotel and perform preventative maintenance;
Repair equipment and manage life safety, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool, kitchen, and laundry systems;
Log and follow up on maintenance requests, communicating with supervisors;
Coordinate with Assistant General Manager, Operations Manager, and General Manager regarding building conditions;
Supervise external contractors performing maintenance work
