The Retail Display Installer – Technology position requires a reliable, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated Field Service Representative to execute a wide range of in‑store tasks for leading tech brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP.Key duties include installing and updating sales floor fixtures and endcaps, performing buildouts, resets, and display repairs, following planograms and client‑specific directives, and using mobile applications to complete assignments efficiently.
Strong communication, organization, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines are essential.
$18.00 per hour

Minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period
- Respond to field services management within 24 hours and keep availability updated.
- Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
- Install, build, and maintain displays, end caps, and fixtures.
- Complete necessary forms and images, and conduct surveys for each assignment.
- Follow planograms/client requests to update displays.
- Perform break‑fix repairs to maintain display functionality.
- Participate in early‑morning installations and joint installations with teams of 2+ people.
- Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
- Assist teammates and contribute to team success.
- Submit accurate timecards and report anomalies daily.
- Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Complete training and certification programs.
- Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
- Be available for weekend assignments as needed.
- Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- Age and eligibility: 18+; ability to travel up to 90 miles from home.
- Flexibility:
Monday through Friday, with weekend and holiday availability as needed. - Early‑morning and late‑night availability as required.
- Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
- Physical:
Able to climb a ladder up to 10 feet, lift up to 60 lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend, reach overhead, and grasp objects. - A high school diploma or equivalent (required); retail or merchandising experience beneficial.
- Experience:
Installation and merchandising experience preferred; proficiency with hand and power tools. - Technology:
Own an Android or Apple mobile device; able to upload photos and data, and navigate communication platforms. - Training:
Complete all training assignments and tasks within designated time frames. - Transportation:
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance. - Leadership and Communication:
Strong professional communication, presentation skills, and ability to work autonomously with excellent time‑management and reporting.
- Climb ladder up to 10 feet; safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
- Adaptability to changing tasks and environments.
- Effective communication via phone, text, and email.
