Housekeeper Shift - Fargo Care Center

Eventide Fargo Care Center in Fargo, ND (near Scheels Area) is seeking a Housekeeper to work full time 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday – Friday, including every‑fourth‑weekend and holiday rotation.

The position will perform housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and clean environment for residents, families, and staff by following accepted policies and procedures as outlined by Eventide.

• Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, common residential/tenant areas, staff work areas and other common areas used by staff and visitors.
• Perform cleaning procedures such as mopping, dusting, vacuuming, washing windows and walls, polishing and scrubbing.
• Ensure that all work areas and carts are kept safe, neat, and secure.
• Apply infection control and departmental and facility policies and procedures that directly affect housekeeping duties.
• Follow all safety rules when using equipment and chemicals and report unsafe work areas to a supervisor.
• Maintain a positive relationship with residents/tenants, families, and other staff.
• Re‑stock housekeeping carts, soap dispensers, paper towel dispensers, and toilet tissue dispensers throughout the campus.
• Keep all equipment clean, locked as indicated, and in a safe manner, as work dictates.
• Assist with dining room clean‑up process as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• Previous healthcare or long‑term care experience preferred, but not required.

At Eventide, we offer a competitive starting pay range of $16–$17.92 per hour based on qualifications, experience, and location. Shift premiums and differentials are also available for select positions, paid on employment status and shift worked.
