• Leverage tools and technology (tablet and mobile phone apps) to conduct customer visits and recommend solutions.
• Communicate Ecolab’s total value to grow sales within existing accounts.
• Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment, and systems.
• Provide emergency service to existing customers via phone or in person as needed.
• Assist in installation of equipment and solutions.
• Demonstrate safe equipment use to ensure fully functional operations.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to control costs.
• Travel to the Moorhead, MN market and surrounding areas; attend in‑field and corporate training, including travel to Ecolab Corporate Headquarters in Eagan, MN.
• Work a weekend rotation (approximately 1 in 5 weekends) and be available for overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of sales, mechanical service, customer service, food service or hospitality industry–related experience.
• Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency assistance at night, on weekends and over holidays.
• Current, valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
• No immigration sponsorship available for this position.

• Associate’s degree or other advanced training or certifications.
• Previous mechanical problem‑solving experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC or related areas within food service, laundry, housekeeping, hospitality or pool & spa industries.

• Lifting 50 lbs.
• Pushing or pulling equipment.
• Standing, bending, stooping, and working in confined spaces.
• Distinguishing color (tool accommodations may be provided).
• Availability to work overtime.
• Driving a company vehicle as required.

• This is a field‑based position with travel to Moorhead, MN and surrounding areas.
• During the 12‑week training program, 2 weeks will be spent at Ecolab Corporate Headquarters in Eagan, MN; the remaining weeks are in‑field training.
• Travel and certain related expenses will be arranged and paid by Ecolab.
• Post‑training, the representative will manage, service, and sell to existing customers such as restaurants, hotels, schools, and long‑term care facilities.

The total compensation range is $64,600–$96,800 per year, which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance.
