Hotel Equities - - Responsibilities:
Maintain appearance and working order of hotel facilities and perform preventive maintenance;
Repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool, kitchen, and laundry equipment;
Log maintenance requests and follow up; communicate with General/Assistant Managers;
Supervise external contractors as needed;
Ensure compliance with safety policies and maintain records of maintenance activities
