Lead Maintenance Technician - Farmer's Branch
Churchill Residential, is looking for a Lead Maintenance Technician for its Evergreen at Farmer's Branch, a 90-unit Senior Living Community. This position is responsible to provide maintenance, cleaning,and repairs of entire property. Responsible for the completion of make ready unitsand the physical condition and presentation readiness of all apartments priorto occupancy. Performs and assigns resident work orders ensuring that requests are completed within 24 hours.
Promotes and works as a team with the maintenance and office staff. Provides outrageous customer service every day. Must comply with TDHCAguidelines and conform to Fair Housing and ADA. A valid Texas Driver's and autoinsurance is required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required. Previous maintenance experience in related industry required.
EPA required and CPO preferred.
