You will perform maintenance, cleaning, and repairs and make-ready units for occupancy. Respond to resident work orders within 24 hours and collaborate with maintenance and office staff.
Must have a valid Texas driver’s license and auto insurance, plus EPA certification; CPO preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
