RPM Living is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to maintain and enhance the value of our apartment communities. You will take on Maintenance Manager duties in their absence and oversee timely response to tasks.
The role requires a flexible on-site schedule, with duties spanning HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, and more. EPA certification is required, and CPO is preferred. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits accompany the position.
