Maintain carpets by vacuuming and spot cleaning; sweep, mop, and polish floors including courts, exercise rooms, stairwells, lobby, hallways, restrooms, and other areas as needed;
Dust and wipe down furniture, shelves, chair arms, desks, credenzas, chandeliers, pictures, televisions, woodwork, artwork, and HVAC registers;
Complete daily assignments to meet club standards and communicate with supervisor to coordinate, prioritize, and complete work requests;
Perform or coordinate facility maintenance and housekeeping repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, flooring, walls, ceilings, and other areas;
Maintain a preventive maintenance checklist/schedule and assist with ongoing improvements; follow safety guidelines and attend daily briefings
