Perform general maintenance tasks, including wall, floor, furniture repairs, light plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs;
Carry out painting, refurbishing, and routine preventive maintenance as directed;
Assist with light snow removal, and keep equipment and tools in working order;
Attend to maintenance requests and coordinate with residents as needed;
