Redec Manager

Beztak is looking to hire a Redec Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for supervising their service technician team to ensure that vacated units are made market ready in a timely manner.

• Motivate and hold accountable a team to provide excellent customer service and high-quality units in a timely manner.
• Assists with various duties such as building repairs, snow removal, or groundskeeping to provide residents with a clean and well-maintained living environment.
• Inspects construction and installation progress.
• Working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, having effective interpersonal skills.
• Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties. Candidates must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes as needed.

• Able to work a flexible schedule

• High school diploma or related Vocational Training and/or equivalent work experience
• HVAC knowledge and EPA certification preferred
• 1-2 years supervisory experience
• Previous hotel, commercial and/or apartment maintenance experience a plus

This position requires frequent standing and walking with occasionally climbing stairs, bending over, or reaching overhead. Pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 50 pounds.

• This position typically operates indoors in an air-conditioned office, with a mixture of natural, incandescent and fluorescent light.
• You may be exposed to varying weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain, and snow; it is common to encounter extreme conditions, including high heat, humidity, freezing temperatures, and heavy rain while performing outdoor tasks.
• You will also periodically be confined to a vehicle.
