New Communities Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician at Pinewood Terrace to help provide a safe and comfortable living environment for our senior residents.
You will perform routine general maintenance tasks and maintain the facility grounds, coordinating vendor projects as needed. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of maintenance or related experience, be 18+, and hold a valid driver s license.
