Facility Coordinator

Job Title

This position acts as a team lead for part-time building assistants.

Basic responsibilities include acting as a team lead for part-time building assistants, directly reporting to the Facility Supervisor, scheduling building staff, coordinating and performing building responsibilities, managing event and program set-up and tear-down, assisting custodial and maintenance staff with janitorial and general maintenance tasks, providing excellent customer service, enforcing facility rules, maintaining accurate reports, submitting work orders, attending staff training, and assisting with tours, cleaning, and other facility tasks.

Previous work experience in customer service, custodial, or facilities is preferred. Must be 21 years or older, have CPR/First Aid/AED certification, and be able to lift 50 lbs. Start date is ASAP with a maximum of 30 hours per week, including nights and some weekends.
