Pay Range: $27-$31/hour

We're looking for a skilled Electrician/Automation Technician to join our Maintenance team and support the electrical, mechanical, and automation needs of our manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll work with modern equipment, tackle complex troubleshooting, and help keep our operations running safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems in compliance with NEC and NFPA 70E
• Perform higher-level troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, electro-mechanical, and fluid-power systems
• Support upgrades and assessments of automated systems and manufacturing technologies
• Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and equipment specifications
• Diagnose automation issues across electrical, mechanical, and fluid-power-based equipment
• Install conduit systems, lighting, control systems, motor feeders, and standard motor connections
• Inspect, test, and verify electrical equipment using meters and diagnostic tools
• Perform Preventive and Predictive Maintenance on a variety of manufacturing equipment
• Mentor and support less-experienced maintenance staff
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment
• Respond to non-scheduled maintenance needs as required

What We're Looking For

• Strong background in electrical installation and industrial maintenance
• Comfortable working with automation, controls, and troubleshooting complex systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
• Experience with PLC-driven or automated manufacturing equipment is a plus
• Strong safety mindset and familiarity with NEC / NFPA 70E
• Team-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently when needed

Schedule & Availability

• This is a day shift position.
• Some flexibility to support off-shift coverage may be needed for business needs, including occasional overtime, early starts, or weekend support.
