OPPORTUNITY: MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR III (LEASE-UP) – FAYETTEVILLE, AR

Sares Regis Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for our beautiful 327‑unit community! This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in the property management industry.

• Direct employees and outside contractors in apartment renovations, service requests, structural repairs, and ground maintenance.
• Obtain bids for work from outside contractors, assemble, analyze and submit bids to superiors for action.
• Order and receive supplies, appliances and equipment from vendors.
• Coordinate work performed by outside vendors and inspect completed work for conformance to specifications and standards.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to determine need and extent of service, equipment required, and type; study production schedules and estimate worker‑hour requirements for completion of job assignments.
• Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase crew efficiency.
• Assist Property Manager in planning and administering the maintenance budget.
• Participate in after‑hours and emergency coverage as assigned by supervisor.

• Related experience in property management as a Maintenance Supervisor.
• Yardi experience preferred.
• Experience in all trades.
• Excellent written, communication and computer skills.
• Past supervisory experience required.
• Current driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Ability to work weekends and overtime as required.

Salary range is TBD. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a 401(k) match, rental incentive and renewal compensation, bonuses, and rental discounts depending on location. Regular full‑time employees working 30‑40 hours per week are eligible for medical, dental, vision and other voluntary benefits and vacation accrual. Sick time accrual is provided in accordance with law.
